The reason for this page is to put a human face to this ‘Cyber World’ where information gets lost in oblivion.
Hi, My name is Ted Tutaj (pronounced Toot-eye). I’d like to introduce you to my family Starting with my wife Eva and son Oliver in the photo’s above.
Living in sunny Eastbourne I’m not too far from my hobby, flying light aircraft and I have this strange philosophy to a satisfying existence; I love my wife, my son, my hobby and my life. In business I try to stay positive and focused and in life, embrace all good things and disregard the bad. Happiness and good health are the two most important ingredients to a satisfying life.
Flyrite is reasonably successful but I am quite often asked if I have a formula for success. I do, but it’s not exactly a formula, it’s even easier than that - I use an honest approach and this is as true in life as it is in business - DON’T TELL LIES. No matter how small and insignificant they may seem because they may just come full circle a bite you in a place that will make it difficult for you to sit down upon. Let me explain; if one of my colleagues were to tell you a lie, just to stop you from getting upset for example, but the next time you call another colleague tells you the truth; which one is lying? To you the customer, both are lying. So it is eliminated from our protocol. The truth may not always be what we want to hear but it highly regarded and respected.
Well, that’s enough about me what about you. I want you to get the best product for your money, that doesn’t mean cheap it means the best quality and value that your money can buy. But I can’t do this without your criticism or feedback. I’d love you to tell me what you think of our windsocks and how you think that they can be improved. I must admit we haven’t had any negative feedback yet so I guess we’re doing something right.
The GUARANTEE: I have decided to extend the money back Guarantee from 30 days to 6 months. There are limitations of course; all fabric will fade in continuous day light so I have put limitations on this. If you use the windsock in wind speeds such as hurricane force or tornadoes then I can’t guarantee that. But up to 5 or 10 knots above the wind speed for which they were intended should be OK. After all, when a windsock is straight out and pulling at the ropes it spells danger and the wind is as high or higher than the speed for which the windsock is designed to indicate.
New Products: We have just invested in new machinery and are able to print your logo or instruction onto your windsock. We also manufacture promotional windsocks and print on them in full digital colour. These are great for trade shows, exhibitions and promotions. There are limitations in some cases, but we can discuss this when you call with your enquiry. A brochure should be available soon.
That’s about it for now but keep your eye on this web site; it does get updated from time to time.
All the best -Ted.
